While attending the Strawberry Festival at Eckert’s Farm in Belleville, IL, I spotted a coffee truck with the words, “Do More Good” painted on the side.  Of course, I had to go see what this was all about. I ordered a warm latte and chatted with the young lady working the truck.  I asked her what is the story behind “Do More Good.”  Delightfully, she stated “we caffeine people up so they can go out and do more good.”  Works for me!
